Privacy Policy for MT Vendo - MikroTik Device Manager

Arclem ("we", "our", or "us") built the MT Vendo app to help ISP operators and vending machine operators manage MikroTik-powered devices, monitor sales, deploy OTA updates, and track device performance. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you use MT Vendo, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: email address, password (encrypted), and invite code used for authentication and account management.
• Device information: MAC addresses, device names, sticker IDs, Telegram channels, and status information of MikroTik devices you register to your account.
• Sales data: transaction amounts, voucher codes, payment types, timestamps, daily/monthly/total sales from your devices.
• OTA update data: firmware update deployment history and device task information.
• Usage data: app interactions, device management activities, and account activity for service improvement.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information when you provide it directly (during account registration, device binding, or profile updates) and automatically through Firebase services when your MikroTik devices report sales data and status updates. Information is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore with encryption and access controls.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Account creation and authentication via Firebase with invite code validation
• Displaying real-time sales data and device performance in your dashboard
• Managing MikroTik device registrations and ownership verification
• Calculating daily, monthly, and total sales analytics with transaction history
• Deploying OTA firmware updates to your registered devices
• Admin features for viewing and managing multiple devices across users
• Service improvements and app performance optimization
• Troubleshooting and technical support

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. MT Vendo uses Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and data storage, which is necessary for app functionality. We do not share your sales data or device information with any other third parties. No advertising or third-party analytics SDKs are used. Information is used internally to provide and maintain the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and sales data as long as your account is active. Device sales history is retained for business records but can be reset by you at any time through the app. When you request account deletion, your account, authentication data, and personal information will be permanently removed. Device registrations will be released, making devices available for registration by other users.

6. Your Choices

• Access your data: You can view all your sales data, device information, and transaction history within the app dashboard at any time.
• Update information: You can update your device names, Telegram channels, and account information through the app settings.
• Reset sales data: You can reset daily, monthly, or total sales counters for any device through the device details screen.
• Delete your data: You may request immediate deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at the email below. Your account and device registrations will be removed immediately upon request.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including Firebase Authentication, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and Firestore security rules that restrict data access to authenticated users only. Only you (or admin users) can access your sales data and device information. However, no system is completely secure — please keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your invite codes.

8. Children's Privacy

MT Vendo is a business application intended for adults (18+) who operate MikroTik devices, vending machines, or manage ISP infrastructure. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us to have it removed.

9. International Transfers

Information collected by MT Vendo is stored and processed on Google Cloud Firebase servers located in the Asia-Southeast region. By using the app, you agree to the transfer of your information to these cloud infrastructure locations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made. If we make material changes, we will notify users in the app or by other reasonable means.
