Privacy Policy for Omada Voucher - WiFi Hotspot Management

Arclem ("we", "our", or "us") built the Omada Voucher app to help WiFi hotspot operators manage TP-Link Omada controllers, generate and print WiFi vouchers, monitor sales, and track voucher usage. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Omada Voucher, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: email address, password (encrypted), invite code, and controller access expiration date used for authentication and account management.
• Controller information: Omada controller URLs, usernames, site names, and connection status of TP-Link Omada controllers you add to your account.
• Voucher data: voucher profiles (name, price, duration, bandwidth limits), generated voucher codes, buy voucher lists, and voucher usage history.
• Sales data: voucher sales transactions, pricing information, timestamps, and sales history.
• Printer settings: Bluetooth printer device names, addresses, and print configuration preferences.
• Usage data: app interactions, controller management activities, and account activity for service improvement.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information when you provide it directly (during account registration, controller setup, voucher profile creation, or printer configuration) and through Firebase services when you sync data with your Omada controllers. Information is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore with encryption and access controls.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Account creation and authentication via Firebase with invite code validation
• Managing Omada controller connections and credentials
• Generating and managing WiFi vouchers on your controllers
• Syncing voucher profiles and data between app and controllers
• Tracking voucher sales and usage history
• Connecting to Bluetooth thermal printers for voucher printing
• Managing controller access expiration and account lifecycle
• Service improvements and app performance optimization
• Troubleshooting and technical support

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Omada Voucher uses Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and data storage, which is necessary for app functionality. We do not share your voucher data, controller credentials, or sales information with any other third parties. No advertising or third-party analytics SDKs are used. Information is used internally to provide and maintain the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information, voucher data, and sales history as long as your account is active. Voucher sales history is retained for business records. When you request account deletion, your account, authentication data, controller connections, voucher profiles, and personal information will be permanently removed. Your Omada controllers will remain operational; only the app connection is removed.

6. Your Choices

• Access your data: You can view all your voucher data, controller information, and sales history within the app dashboard at any time.
• Update information: You can update your controller credentials, voucher profiles, printer settings, and account information through the app.
• Manage vouchers: You can create, edit, or delete voucher profiles and buy voucher lists at any time.
• Delete your data: You may request immediate deletion of your account and personal data by visiting https://arclem.netlify.app/deleteuser-omadavoucher.html or contacting us at the email below. Your account, controller connections, and voucher data will be removed immediately upon request.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including Firebase Authentication, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure storage of controller credentials, and Firestore security rules that restrict data access to authenticated users only. Only you can access your controller credentials, voucher data, and sales information. However, no system is completely secure — please keep your login credentials and controller passwords confidential and do not share your invite codes.

8. Children's Privacy

Omada Voucher is a business application intended for adults (18+) who operate WiFi hotspots, manage TP-Link Omada controllers, or run hospitality and internet cafe businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us to have it removed.

9. International Transfers

Information collected by Omada Voucher is stored and processed on Google Cloud Firebase servers located in the Asia-Southeast region. By using the app, you agree to the transfer of your information to these cloud infrastructure locations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made. If we make material changes, we will notify users in the app or by other reasonable means.
